Traditional Christmas cake has been a constant in my baking for years, and it remains something I return to every single Christmas – whether for family, friends or the Cake School.
While brandy-infused fruitcakes may have fallen out of fashion in some circles, for many of us it still forms an essential centrepiece of the Christmas table. Truthfully, it remains one of my favourite cakes to bake and eat, and I’m delighted to be bringing back my Traditional Christmas Cake class for 2026.
This face-to-face class will take place on Sunday 17th October, from 2pm - 4pm. Please note classes may sometimes run over, so do consider this when making travel arrangements.
