One of the first things I ever learned to bake was a traditional Christmas cake and over the last… however many years, I have continued to produce them every single year for family, for friends and even for a good few clients as well. While brandy-infused fruitcakes seem to have passed out of fashion in recent years, I know that, for many of us, it still forms an essential centrepiece for any Christmas celebration. And between you and I, it is probably still my favourite kind of cake. After the success of last year's classes, I’ve had a lot of requests to schedule in another Traditional Christmas Cake Class, so I am delighted to be able to present one for you all. This face-to-face class is on Sunday 19th October, from 2pm - 4pm. Please note classes may sometimes run over, so do consider this when making travel arrangements.
